Designed with industry-leading thermal control and mechanical testing technology, this UTM with high-temperature furnace boasts a maximum continuous working temperature of 1100℃ and a short-time peak temperature of 1200℃, fully covering the testing temperature requirements of most industrial and research-grade high-temperature materials. Adopting a clam-shell split furnace structure and multi-zone heating design, the equipment simplifies sample loading and unloading, ensures uniform temperature distribution in the heating zone with a temperature gradient controlled within ±3~5℃, and effectively eliminates data errors caused by uneven heating. The furnace body features a double-layer structure with air cooling technology, keeping the external surface temperature below 60℃ during long-term operation, which greatly improves operational safety and reduces environmental heat interference.
The core testing unit of the equipment is built with a high-precision servo control system, realizing stepless speed regulation in the test speed range of 0.01-500mm/min, with a force measurement accuracy of ±0.5% and a displacement resolution of 0.025μm. Even under high-temperature thermal deformation interference, it can capture the subtle mechanical changes of materials in real time.
